We’re dedicated to helping seniors lead a more active and independent life. Our weekly exercise program is designed to enhance your strength, improve your balance, and increase your mobility — all in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment perfect for beginners and those looking to safely exercise.


40 Minute Class

Classes are capped to 8 persons maximum

Each class focuses on a specific region of the body including upper body, lower body, core, and balance

Exercises are tailored to YOU! Everything can be modified to fit uour needs or abilities

Every Tuesday 12:20pm - 1:00pm
